    The process kicks off with a 1:1 onboarding call with Marie Frost, so we can understand your key health concerns and pain points. This enables us to tweak the content live as we go to ensure we get you the support you really need

  • Personalised Meal Planning Support

    After completing a 7 day food diary and questionnaire, our team of specialists including our in-house chef will provide you with personalised recommendations and on-going support throughout the 12 weeks to transform your eating habits.

  • Weekly Live Coaching & Daily Support

    Every Wednesday at 7:30pm there will be a live coaching session to work through weekly themes and provide hands-on support. The sessions will be recorded and available on-demand along with daily support via our group chat throughout the programme for any questions or support.

  • Guest Speakers

    Live sessions and Q&A with specialist Menopause Dr Gill Shields to discuss options around HRT and more. And a live session from Nicole Childs, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist who specialises in anxiety and stress to bring back control and calm.
